In the podcast Ashley tells about her experience with PMDD (PreMenstrual Dysphoric Disorder). It takes around 12 years before someone with PMDD is properly diagnosed. It wasn't until she was 30 that Ashley saw a gynecologist who could tell her she had PMDD.
